OUR GOVERNANCE

The Group’s governance structure, in place since 2020, enables it to write the next chapter in its history with all the passion and collective energy that characterize the Group, in order to continue to make Capgemini a responsible and multicultural global leader.

THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors sets the strategic direction of the company and the Capgemini group.

It appoints the executive corporate officer(s) responsible for implementing this strategy, approves the financial statements, convenes the Shareholders’ Meetings and proposes the annual dividend.

It makes decisions on the major issues concerning the operations and future of Capgemini, to promote sustainable value creation for its shareholders and all stakeholders.
